Absolutely. Our setups are designed to be intuitive for all ages. If you can use a phone, you can use our guestbooks.

How long can guests record messages for?
Messages can typically be up to a few minutes long—plenty of time for heartfelt notes, funny stories, or group messages.

Do you require power at the venue?
No—our guestbooks are completely hassle-free. Both audio and video setups run on rechargeable batteries, so there’s no need for power access. Our LED “Leave a Message” signs are powered by portable power banks, making them perfect for any location.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, as dates fill quickly—especially during peak event seasons.

What happens if the equipment stops working?
Our equipment is professionally maintained and tested before every event. In the unlikely event of an issue, we’ll work quickly to resolve it and ensure minimal disruption.

What happens if I don’t get many messages left?
That’s completely okay—it happens more often than you think. Some guests just need a little encouragement! Our eye-catching LED “Leave a Message” signage and simple instructions help draw people in, and once a few guests start, others usually follow.

Do I have to place the guestbook in a quiet area?
No—we actually recommend placing it in a high-traffic area where guests naturally gather. Our audio guestbooks are designed to capture clear recordings, even in lively environments. Positioning it where the action is helps encourage more guests to jump in and leave a message.

How will we receive our audio or video messages?
Your recordings are delivered on a keepsake USB and can also be sent in digital format, making them easy to download, share, and relive anytime.

Is the deposit refundable?
Your deposit is refundable, provided all hire terms are met and equipment is returned in its original condition.

Can I collect the audio or video guestbook if my venue is outside the delivery area?
Yes—absolutely. We can prepare and pack your guestbook ready for easy collection, with a simple DIY setup so you can have everything up and running in no time. Clear instructions are included to make the process smooth and stress-free.

How do you load my personal greeting?
Simply email us your personalised greeting—we’ll provide easy instructions upon booking—and we’ll take care of loading it onto your guestbook, ready for your event.

How do you load photos of us on the video guestbook?
You simply supply up to 3 photos along with your personalised greeting, and we’ll load them onto the video guestbook for you. Your images will play on screen throughout the night when the guestbook isn’t in use, adding a personal touch to your setup.
